Southern Red Snapper

  • 2oz Jocassee Gin
  • 6oz tomato juice
  • 0.25oz fresh lemon juice
  • 0.25oz hot pepper sauce
  • 0.25oz Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.25oz horseradish
  • 0.25 teaspoon olive juice
  • 1 pinch hot chilli powder
  • 1 pinch garlic powder
  • 1 pinch ground cumin
  • 1 dash celery salt
  • 1 dash fresh ground pepper
  • 1 celery stalk, bacon, stuff olive, and stuffed tomatoes for garnish

Place ice cubes into a cocktail shaker, and pour in Jocassee gin, tomato juice, lemon juice, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and horseradish. Season with chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, celery salt, and pepper. Cover and shake. Pour contents (including ice) into a 12 ounce highball glass. Garnish with celery, bacon, olives, and tomatoes.
